About Our Employees:
At FirstLight Home Care, we only use direct employees and not independent contractors. Employees go through a rigorous hiring process that includes multiple interviews, skills and competency assessments, background screening, drug testing, and multiple reference checks. All employees are supervised by our Nurse Supervisor & Care Coordinator. Our care staff are appropriately licensed, bonded, and insured to provide greater peace-of-mind for the families we serve.
