Ken & Nicole Leonard – Caring Transitions of Palm Harbor
We are the husband-and-wife owners of Caring Transitions of Palm Harbor, we help seniors and their families navigate life’s transitions with compassion, professionalism, and care. Together, we specialize in downsizing, senior move management, estate cleanouts, online estate auctions, and home cleanouts throughout North Pinellas County.
I am a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of healthcare experience, bringing empathy and a deep understanding of the emotional side of transition. Ken is an accomplished interior designer who uses his design expertise to create thoughtful space plans that help clients feel comfortable and at home in their new surroundings.
As local Dunedin residents, Ken and Nicole are passionate about serving their community and helping families move forward with dignity, confidence, and peace of mind.
