Michelle Dacy has provided transportation for people with mobility and cognitive challenges for 25 years. She opened her first NEMT company, Special Needs Chicago and then rebranded as Tootl Transport with locations in Milwaukee and Tampa Bay. Previously she worked in hospitality management for a decade. She has two adult children and her husband Tom works in the business with her.
