Paige Escamilla, Director Nursing Arden Courts of Largo
Paige began her nursing career in 2018 at just 17 years old, driven by a lifelong passion for helping others. Growing up with a sister who has cerebral palsy inspired Paige’s deep compassion and commitment to caregiving from an early age.
Before joining the team at Arden Courts, Paige worked as a hospital floor nurse, where she gained valuable experience providing hands-on care in a fast-paced clinical environment. She brings that same dedication, skill, and empathy to her role in memory care.
Paige is also a proud mother of two and balances her professional life with family, continuing to approach her work with warmth, patience, and a genuine love for supporting residents and their families.

Tracie Schumm, Memory Care Advisor
Tracie Schumm serves as a Memory Care Advisor at Arden Courts, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Fire and EMS to her role. In 2016, she transitioned into physician and provider relations within senior care and EMS, allowing her to combine her clinical background with a passion for education, outreach, and advocacy.
With a family history of dementia, Tracie has a deeply personal connection to memory care. This experience led her to fall in love with the mission and specialized approach of Arden Courts Memory Care. She is proud to advocate for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as their families, helping guide them through education, resources, and compassionate support.
Tracie is dedicated to raising awareness, building strong community partnerships, and ensuring families feel confident and supported throughout their memory care journey
